On today's episode, Adam chats with Samantha Shannon, internationally bestselling author of The Bone Season series to discuss her new high fantasy standalone novel The Priory of the Orange Tree. This sweeping saga tells epic stories of four main characters, a divided world, a queendom, and so many incredible dragons. 

Adam and Shannon discuss her world building process, devising stories out of history and legend, and how her editing process works. She also explains why this novel is 800+ pages instead of being a series. A must listen and a must read for any fantasy fan.
